Perched gently in the sun-kissed hills above Nice, this exquisite countryside retreat is where tranquility meets timeless beauty. Surrounded by olive groves, the breathtaking, panoramic views of the shimmering Mediterranean Sea over a magnificent wooden deck offers a sanctuary of calm.
Step inside to discover a light-filled interior where every detail whispers elegance and wide open spaces are designed to let the outdoors in.

The space
1 room with a double bed 160×200 and a sleeping couch 140×190 and it’s private bathroom.
1 room with 2 single beds 90×190 that can be put together to a Kingsize bed and it’s private bathroom.
The windows in the sleeping rooms have mosquito net.
Soap, shampoo and hairdryer are available in the bathrooms.
Bed linen, sheets and bath towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine Nespresso, toaster, boiler, raclette machine, mixer, some first groceries.
A Beamer allows you to display TV and movies on a white wall.
You will find books, games and some useful addresses.
On the 60 m2 terrace there are a dining table for 6 people, an outdoor salon, 3 sun beds, 1 chair and umbrellas, an outdoor shower and an electric barbecue (it’s absolutely prohibited to make any kind of fire outdoor).
Smoking is allowed on the terrace only.
There is a washing machine, a dryer, an iron table and an iron.
In the garden you’ll find a boules (pétanque) playground.
No EV charger (yet!) but possibility to charge your car from house electricity for 50€ per week.
Guest access
You can access the full house but not the wooden chalet outside. And please understand that this house is our family secondary house, therefore there are some private cabinets containing our personal stuffs that are closed.

These ruins, known as le vieux village, include remnants of stone houses, a church, and castle walls, giving visitors a sense of the area’s long and rich history.
Châteauneuf-Villevieille is surrounded by natural beauty, with hiking trails, olive groves, and wild landscapes that are perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. Despite its peaceful and rural atmosphere, the village is only about 20 kilometers from Nice, making it a quiet but accessible retreat from the busy coast.
