Fully renovated in 2025, the villa combines modern comfort with understated elegance, creating the perfect holiday haven for families or friends seeking relaxation, privacy, and unforgettable scenery.
Step outside onto the magnificent 60 m² wooden terrace, where the horizon seems endless. Furnished with comfortable outdoor seating and sunshade, it’s an idyllic setting for slow mornings with coffee, long sun-soaked afternoons, or convivial evenings. The peaceful garden invites you to unwind while soaking in the spectacular views of sea, hills, and sky.
Inside, the villa offers 105 m² of bright, welcoming living space for up to six guests. The light-filled interiors are designed to bring the outdoors in, with wide open spaces and tasteful furnishings that create a warm yet refined atmosphere. The stylish living area features a fireplace and air conditioning, ensuring comfort in every season.
Families traveling with young children will appreciate the baby cot and high chair, while the enclosed property with several parking spaces ensures both convenience and privacy.
Whether you’re planning a relaxing Mediterranean getaway, a longer stay immersed in nature, or scenic rides through the Riviera hills, motorbikers are warmly welcome.

The space
The Villa offers:
* Two comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms
1 room with a double bed 160×200 and a sleeping couch 140×190 and its en-suite bathroom.
1 room with 2 single beds 90×190 that can be put together to a Kingsize bed and its en-suite bathroom.
The windows in the sleeping rooms all have mosquito net.
Soap, shampoo and hairdryer are available in the bathrooms.
Bed linen, sheets and bath towels are provided.
* A spacious living area with dining table for 6 persons, a fireplace, beamer for home cinema.
* A fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker, providing everything needed to prepare delicious meals to enjoy indoors or al fresco on the terrace.
* On the 60 m2 terrace there are a dining table for 6 people, an outdoor salon, 3 sun beds, 1 chair and umbrellas, an outdoor shower and an electric barbecue.
* There is a washing machine, a dryer, an iron table and an iron.
* In the garden you’ll find a boules (pétanque) playground.
Guest access
You can access the full house but not the wooden chalet outside. And please understand that this house is our family secondary house, therefore there are some private cabinets containing our personal stuffs that are closed.
