Definitions

The Publisher: Diane Le Moult, hb06390 [at] aol.com.

The Site: all of the web pages offered by the Publisher.

The User: the person using the Site.

The Device: the hardware (computer, tablet, smartphone, telephone, etc.) used to view the Website.

I. Collection of personal data

The Website can be viewed freely, without the need for prior registration or identification. It can be viewed without the User providing any personal data (surname, first name, address, etc.).

No technical data on the Terminal of Site Users (IP address, Internet service provider, etc.) is collected or stored. The only personal data collected is that voluntarily provided on the contact form by Users who give their express consent to the recording of their data when submitting the form.

The information collected in connection with the provision of services is intended exclusively for internal use and will be kept for one year. No information is transferred to third parties in any way, nor is it used for commercial purposes.

However, Users are informed that this information may be disclosed in accordance with a law, regulation, or decision of a competent regulatory or judicial authority.

II. Changes to the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy

In the event of any changes to this Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy, the Publisher undertakes not to substantially reduce the level of confidentiality of the User’s data without informing the User and obtaining their consent.

The User will be automatically informed when browsing by the appearance of a pop-up window asking them to accept the new Privacy Policy.

III. User Rights

III.1. Right to modify and delete data

In accordance with Article 34 of the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, amended in 2004, and Articles 16 to 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the User has the right to access, oppose, rectify, and delete information concerning them.

III.2. Right to information in the event of a security breach

The Publisher undertakes to implement all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risks of accidental, unauthorized, or illegal access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction of the User’s personal data.

In the event that the Publisher becomes aware of illegal access to the User’s personal data stored by the host, or unauthorized access resulting in the risks identified above, the Publisher undertakes to notify the User of the incident as soon as possible and to take reasonable measures to mitigate the negative effects and damage that may result from the incident.

Under no circumstances shall the commitments set out in the above point relating to notification in the event of a security breach be construed as any acknowledgment of fault or liability for the occurrence of the incident in question.

IV. Applicable law and terms of recourse

The User expressly agrees that any dispute arising from this Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy, including its interpretation or enforcement, shall be subject to arbitration proceedings governed by the rules of the arbitration platform located in France, chosen by mutual agreement, to which the User shall adhere without reservation.
